Aaahhhh! What a wonderful time we had at the beach. The weather couldn't have been more perfect. We went to Carolina Beach on Pleasure Island in North Carolina. We love it there. It's not a shopping place, it's a family, enjoy the beach and the parks, kind of place. Nice and laid back...very relaxing.

I must confess, I would live there in a heart beat. Seriously. However, the thought of sleeping in my own comfy bed with my own perfect pillow is very appealing to me. Anyway, I have tons of pictures and details to share with you about our week, but for now I'll share just a few pictures to pique your interest.

This is the sunrise on Tuesday. Yep! I was up just before the sun everyday. I didn't want to miss one minute of our vacation. Plus, my confounded body clock was still set for 6:30 a.m.
