one - coffee, freshly brewed, piping hot or iced - After not having my morning coffee for a couple of days I was very grateful that my dear friend Theresa brewed a pot this morning while we were having our playdate. 
two - kiddie pools - When I got up this morning the humidity was really high and the temperature was already 77 degrees (at 6:30 a.m.) So for our playdate this morning Theresa filled the little pool for the kids to play in for a while. What fun they had!
three - beautiful children - Although I am terribly biased when it comes to beautiful 
little girls, I must say these two cuties are melt-
your-heart adorable.
